Process for Returns

Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team via [email/phone/online form].
  2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  3. If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos showing the issue.

Return Authorization

  1. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

Packing and Shipping

  1. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  2. Clearly write the RAN on the package.
  3. Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Return Shipping Costs

  1. Customer Responsibility*: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
  2. Company Responsibility*: If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
