Process for Returns
Initiate a Return
- Contact our customer service team via [email/phone/online form].
- Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- If the item is damaged or defective, please include photos showing the issue.
Return Authorization
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.
Packing and Shipping
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Clearly write the RAN on the package.
- Ship the package using the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility*: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- Company Responsibility*: If the return is due to a defect or damage, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
